2. Studio Use

All clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully within the studio environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or damaging to equipment or personnel.

3. Booking & Cancellations

All studio sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.

4. Payments

Payment is required at the time of service or in advance.
We may use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your financial information.
All rates and charges will be clearly communicated prior to booking.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create.
iDvlp Studios LLC does not claim rights to your music, lyrics, or creative materials.
We reserve the right to protect and promote the studio’s brand and services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain a professional and reliable environment, iDvlp Studios LLC is not liable for any data loss, technical failure, or other unexpected issues beyond our control.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
Effective Date: February 10, 2026

At iDvlp Studios, we provide professional music production and studio services. Because our work is service-based and custom to each client,

all sales are final.

🎛️ No Automatic Refunds

Music production is a creative and technical service. Once a session is completed and work has been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

🕒 24-Hour Dispute Window

If you have concerns about your session outcome, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the final output.

We do not offer refunds, but we will make every reasonable effort to address the issue and make it right.

We believe the client should confirm the quality and outcome before leaving the studio or accepting the final delivery. Silence = approval.

🔒 Why This Policy Exists

We value your time and ours. Studio time, engineering, and production effort are invested whether or not a project meets subjective expectations. For this reason, once services have been rendered, payment is non-refundable.
